CosmoAngola

Annual event in January bringing together people from around the world to learn about African cosmology, sustainable agriculture, and indigenous practices.

Rescuing the Philosophy of the Quilombos

The seed of Kilombo Tenondé was planted centuries ago in the quilombos of Brazil. During colonization, African people organized self-sustainable communities of resistance against slavery and oppression, based on fundamental principles of African ideology.

Today, Kilombo Tenondé recognizes new forms of oppression in modern industrialized society and provides opportunities for escape. Our mission is to stimulate creativity, constructive thinking, and rescue the true values of human coexistence and harmony with nature.

Led by Mestre Cobra Mansa, founder of the International Capoeira Angola Foundation (FICA), we welcome all who wish to contribute to ecological and cultural projects.
